You must be a resident of the town where your selected Put and Take station is located. Use of this app is intended solely for residents of these towns to facilitate local exchanges at designated transfer stations.
2. Usage of the App
2.1.
TownTake is a platform that allows users to list items they are willing to put (donate) and take (pick up) from local transfer stations. The app does not guarantee the availability or condition of any items listed.
2.2.
All transactions and interactions related to items are solely the responsibility of the users involved. We do not facilitate or mediate disputes between users.
2.3.
The app is only for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of the app, including but not limited to collecting data for commercial purposes or resale, is strictly prohibited.
3. Items and Liability
3.1.
The availability of items listed on the app is not guaranteed. Items may be removed, taken, or otherwise disposed of by other users or non-app users.
3.2.
We are not responsible for the condition, quality, safety, legality, or usability of any items listed on the app. Users take items at their own risk.
3.3.
TownTake does not assume any liability for damage, injury, or loss incurred from the use or misuse of any items obtained through the app.
3.4.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any items they put or take comply with local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1.
Users agree to use the app in a respectful, lawful, and considerate manner. Users shall not:
- Post offensive, obscene, or defamatory content.
- Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abuse of other users.
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the app, its services, or its infrastructure.
